Returns & RMA

All products purchased through B2B Ringy are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Returns are processed through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system.

RMA Process

How returns work

Request an RMA

Contact our support team via the contact form or email with your order number and the reason for return. Include photos of the device if reporting a quality issue.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and issue an RMA number along with shipping instructions.

Ship the Device

Package the device securely and ship it to the designated return address. Use the provided RMA number on the shipping label.

Inspection & Resolution

Upon receipt, our quality team will inspect the device within 3 business days. You'll receive a credit, replacement, or refund based on the inspection results.

Conditions for return

Quality mismatch

Device grade does not match the listed grade.

Functional defect

Device has a functional issue not disclosed in the listing.

Wrong product

Incorrect model, storage, or colour shipped.

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Device does not power on or is non-functional.

Non-returnable items

  • Devices with physical damage caused after delivery
  • Devices returned without original packaging
  • Returns requested after the 30-day window
  • Devices modified or repaired by a third party after delivery

Refund policy

Credit refunds

Processed within 5 business days of inspection approval.

Bank refunds

Take 7-10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs for returns due to quality issues are covered by B2B Ringy.

Shipping costs for buyer-preference returns are the buyer's responsibility.
